Me and Tel. I'm the one with the finger.
How time flies! Has it really been a week since we were last on?
At 8.05, we will be interviewing Esmerelda Marsh of the African Women's Group. She will be telling us about a Mozambique music night at DanceEast in Foundary Lane, Ipswich. All profits will go towards building a children's playground in rural Mozambique.
The event will be held on October 23rd and starts at 8.00pm.
At 8.45, we have Leon Hall from the Ipswich & Suffolk Council for Racial Equality. He will be talking about how they offer advice and services to individuals and organisations.
And at 9.05, our final guest will be Jenny James who is a Health Leader at the 7th Day Adventist Church in Ipswich.
She will be telling us about free health checks to be held at Tower Ramparts Shopping Centre on Sunday.
And don't forget the usual chat and banter from me and Tel. Tune in from 7.00 till 10.00am on ICR 105.7 FM. Or listen via the website http://www.icrfm.co.uk/
